How can physio help you…

Working with a physiotherapist can help you get you back into whatever activity, sport and hobby that may be effected due to an injury. You will learn exercises and body mechanics to help you heal or strengthen your body and most importantly prevent injuries. Exercise and education are the best medicine!

A little about me…

I completed a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy at the University of Ottawa in 2008. I have since worked in private practice in this beautiful city, offering treatments in French and English. I have experience treating a variety of clients of all ages with acute to chronic pain, sports injuries and postural dysfunction.

I’m passionate about helping my patients set and achieve realistic goals by treating the source of the problem and not just the symptoms. Through techniques using manual therapy, movement and maybe a couple needles, I will empower you to take charge of your health and become the best possible version of yourself!

Living an active life has always been an important part of my life to keep me strong physically and mentally (it is also my alone time away from two kids). Outside the clinic, you’ll find me and my family enjoying local food and drinks.

What People Are Saying About Me

“I've been seeing Phanny (physiotherapy) for less than a year and she's really helped my elbow pain (due to working from home with a workstation that's not ergonomic friendly) improve in a short period of time. She gave me exercises to help keep mobility and doing them regularly helped with the recovery and healing process. I've also been seeing Melanie (RMT) and she's also helped in the recovery of areas that have been chronic and picked up on areas connected to the issue that I never noticed before. Overall, these therapists are always friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. They always take the time to answer any questions that come up. I greatly appreciate your expertise and your encouragements to stay active. Keep up the good work!”
